In 2016 I took the lead on executing “Subway Domination,” a large-scale advertising initiative that included filling all advertising spaces in three different New York City subway stations. The combined advertising placements totaled approximately 150 spaces, all with unique locations and specifications. The pictures below were taken at the Jay Street-MetroTech station located in Brooklyn, New York. “Subway Domination” was a high profile initiative during open enrollment so I prioritized it to ensure it was executed effectively. I have also overseen the successful completion of this initiative every year since and developed a seamless process for other staff to follow and execute.
I was later awarded the Fidelis Care “Gold Award” for quality, leadership and the successful completion of “Subway Domination,” given to five employees annually. My accomplishments were also highlighted in the 2016 Fidelis Care annual report, which was truly an honor, something I will forever be grateful for and proud of.
“Today, Mike’s working at the highest levels of Fidelis Care’s corporate advertising strategies, and he is on the front lines of executing our branding initiatives across the state”
