I am Currently serving as the Director of Communications Operations at Fidelis Care, a State-Wide Health Insurance company. During my 15 year career at Fidelis Care I’ve acquired an advanced skillset in communications, digital marketing, project management, graphic design, advertising production and marketing collateral development. I also have taken a lead role in coordinating digital marketing tactics and ensuring all the proper KPI’s and analytics are recorded. I’ve enjoyed the varying responsibilities this position encompasses and take pride in the work my team and I have produced.
Current Responsibilities Include:
• Support senior leadership with the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote products, support state-wide marketing events, special initiatives and position Fidelis Care as a quality health plan.
• Evaluate the performance and ROI of Fidelis Care marketing campaigns by reviewing analytics, leads, conversions, event attendance and customer engagements.
• Oversee the development and distribution of print and electronic marketing collateral including flyers, posters, newsletters, brochures, and social media graphics.
• Oversee the Project Management Team to ensure the planning and execution of all communications work is executed effectively and within deadlines. Project Management coordinates advertising, public relations, design, production, social media, website maintenance, marketing collateral development, develops the annual content calendar and provides translation services for all departments across the organization.
• Oversee the Production Team to ensure all aspects of advertising campaigns and print production are planned and executed properly, within deadlines and budget.
• Ensure all vendor contracts are current. Annually review, negotiate and finalize with the Fidelis Care legal team to avoid lapses in service.
